At Blush & Gold, each item is made to order with care. Because of this, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than mass-produced retailers.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at blushandgoldstudios@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to replace it at no additional cost.
